“Just because they (the general world) doesn’t believe the truth that doesn’t give an excuse to be

Complacent.” - G.S

Proverbs 1:22-33 KJVS

[22] How long, ye simple ones, will ye love simplicity? and the scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge? [23] Turn you at my reproof: behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you, I will make known my words unto you. [24] Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; [25] But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: [26] I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; [27] When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. [28] Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: [29] For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord : [30] They would none of my counsel: they despised all my reproof. [31] Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices. [32] For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them. [33] But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.

Revelation 3:5-22 KJVS

[5] He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. [6] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. [7] And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; [8] I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. [9] Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. [10] Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. [11] Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. [12] Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. [13] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. [14] And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; [15] I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. [16] So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. [17] Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: [18] I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. [19] As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. [20] Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. [21] To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. [22] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Proverbs 13:4-25 KJVS

[4] The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat. [5] A righteous man hateth lying: but a wicked man is loathsome, and cometh to shame. [6] Righteousness keepeth him that is upright in the way: but wickedness overthroweth the sinner. [7] There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches. [8] The ransom of a man's life are his riches: but the poor heareth not rebuke. [9] The light of the righteous rejoiceth: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out. [10] Only by pride cometh contention: but with the well advised is wisdom. [11] Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: but he that gathereth by labour shall increase. [12] Hope deferred maketh the heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it is a tree of life. [13] Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but he that feareth the commandment shall be rewarded. [14] The law of the wise is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death. [15] Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard. [16] Every prudent man dealeth with knowledge: but a fool layeth open his folly. [17] A wicked messenger falleth into mischief: but a faithful ambassador is health. [18] Poverty and shame shall be to him that refuseth instruction: but he that regardeth reproof shall be honoured. [19] The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul: but it is abomination to fools to depart from evil. [20] He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed. [21] Evil pursueth sinners: but to the righteous good shall be repayed. [22] A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just. [23] Much food is in the tillage of the poor: but there is that is destroyed for want of judgment. [24] He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes. [25] The righteous eateth to the satisfying of his soul: but the belly of the wicked shall want.

Zephaniah 1:12-18 KJVS

[12] And it shall come to pass at that time, that I will search Jerusalem with candles, and punish the men that are settled on their lees: that say in their heart, The Lord will not do good, neither will he do evil. [13] Therefore their goods shall become a booty, and their houses a desolation: they shall also build houses, but not inhabit them ; and they shall plant vineyards, but not drink the wine thereof. [14] The great day of the Lord is near, it is near, and hasteth greatly, even the voice of the day of the Lord : the mighty man shall cry there bitterly. [15] That day is a day of wrath, a day of trouble and distress, a day of wasteness and desolation, a day of darkness and gloominess, a day of clouds and thick darkness, [16] A day of the trumpet and alarm against the fenced cities, and against the high towers. [17] And I will bring distress upon men, that they shall walk like blind men, because they have sinned against the Lord : and their blood shall be poured out as dust, and their flesh as the dung. [18] Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the Lord's wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of his jealousy: for he shall make even a speedy riddance of all them that dwell in the land.

2 Kings 19:28-37 KJVS

[28] Because thy rage against me and thy tumult is come up into mine ears, therefore I will put my hook in thy nose, and my bridle in thy lips, and I will turn thee back by the way by which thou camest. [29] And this shall be a sign unto thee, Ye shall eat this year such things as grow of themselves, and in the second year that which springeth of the same; and in the third year sow ye, and reap, and plant vineyards, and eat the fruits thereof. [30] And the remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah shall yet again take root downward, and bear fruit upward. [31] For out of Jerusalem shall go forth a remnant, and they that escape out of mount Zion: the zeal of the Lord of hosts shall do this. [32] Therefore thus saith the Lord concerning the king of Assyria, He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow there, nor come before it with shield, nor cast a bank against it. [33] By the way that he came, by the same shall he return, and shall not come into this city, saith the Lord. [34] For I will defend this city, to save it, for mine own sake, and for my servant David's sake. [35] And it came to pass that night, that the angel of the Lord went out, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians an hundred fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses. [36] So Sennacherib king of Assyria departed, and went and returned, and dwelt at Nineveh. [37] And it came to pass, as he was worshipping in the house of Nisroch his god, that Adrammelech and Sharezer his sons smote him with the sword: and they escaped into the land of Armenia. And Esar-haddon his son reigned in his stead.

Amos 6:1 KJVS

[1] Woe to them that are at ease in Zion, and trust in the mountain of Samaria, which are named chief of the nations, to whom the house of Israel came!

Proverbs 10:4-32 KJVS

[4] He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. [5] He that gathereth in summer is a wise son: but he that sleepeth in harvest is a son that causeth shame. [6] Blessings are upon the head of the just: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked. [7] The memory of the just is blessed: but the name of the wicked shall rot. [8] The wise in heart will receive commandments: but a prating fool shall fall. [9] He that walketh uprightly walketh surely: but he that perverteth his ways shall be known. [10] He that winketh with the eye causeth sorrow: but a prating fool shall fall. [11] The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked. [12] Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins. [13] In the lips of him that hath understanding wisdom is found: but a rod is for the back of him that is void of understanding. [14] Wise men lay up knowledge: but the mouth of the foolish is near destruction. [15] The rich man's wealth is his strong city: the destruction of the poor is their poverty. [16] The labour of the righteous tendeth to life: the fruit of the wicked to sin. [17] He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction: but he that refuseth reproof erreth. [18] He that hideth hatred with lying lips, and he that uttereth a slander, is a fool. [19] In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise. [20] The tongue of the just is as choice silver: the heart of the wicked is little worth. [21] The lips of the righteous feed many: but fools die for want of wisdom. [22] The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it. [23] It is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding hath wisdom. [24] The fear of the wicked, it shall come upon him: but the desire of the righteous shall be granted. [25] As the whirlwind passeth, so is the wicked no more : but the righteous is an everlasting foundation. [26] As vinegar to the teeth, and as smoke to the eyes, so is the sluggard to them that send him. [27] The fear of the Lord prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened. [28] The hope of the righteous shall be gladness: but the expectation of the wicked shall perish. [29] The way of the Lord is strength to the upright: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity. [30] The righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth. [31] The mouth of the just bringeth forth wisdom: but the froward tongue shall be cut out. [32] The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked speaketh frowardness.

Isaiah 32:9-20 KJVS

[9] Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear unto my speech. [10] Many days and years shall ye be troubled, ye careless women: for the vintage shall fail, the gathering shall not come. [11] Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones: strip you, and make you bare, and gird sackcloth upon your loins. [12] They shall lament for the teats, for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine. [13] Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns and briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy in the joyous city: [14] Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude of the city shall be left; the forts and towers shall be for dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks; [15] Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest. [16] Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field. [17] And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever. [18] And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places; [19] When it shall hail, coming down on the forest; and the city shall be low in a low place. [20] Blessed are ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth thither the feet of the ox and the ass.

Revelation 2:4-29 KJVS

[4] Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. [5] Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. [6] But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. [7] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. [8] And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive; [9] I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. [10] Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. [11] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death. [12] And to the angel of the church in Pergamos write; These things saith he which hath the sharp sword with two edges; [13] I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is : and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth. [14] But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication. [15] So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate. [16] Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth. [17] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. [18] And unto the angel of the church in Thyatira write; These things saith the Son of God, who hath his eyes like unto a flame of fire, and his feet are like fine brass; [19] I know thy works, and charity, and service, and faith, and thy patience, and thy works; and the last to be more than the first. [20] Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols. [21] And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not. [22] Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. [23] And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works. [24] But unto you I say, and unto the rest in Thyatira, as many as have not this doctrine, and which have not known the depths of Satan, as they speak; I will put upon you none other burden. [25] But that which ye have already hold fast till I come. [26] And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: [27] And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. [28] And I will give him the morning star. [29] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Hebrews 10:25 KJVS

[25] Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is ; but exhorting one another : and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.

Hebrews 5:11-12 KJVS

[11] Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered, seeing ye are dull of hearing. [12] For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.

1 Corinthians 9:24-27 KJVS

[24] Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain. [25] And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible. [26] I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air: [27] But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.
