It is more notable to earn when it is already done in the heart to heart deeds, and that happens with its action, than the business asked for makes sense, because it supports a specific infrastructure, and it is deserved (proper diversity as we need each other); instead of a stalemate due to lack of diversity like most giant corporations are run today.
