keep the heart pumping; the type of affection in affirmation is what needs examination. It’s the process of seeing and hearing, then ingesting the proper nutrients that are needed to be aspired (rise above the situation by learning about the gut). The proper way to “see” and “hear” is the process of digestion, the same way when food is digested. ~ G.S
