What keeps some stuck on a daily bases is a form of overwhelming checking such as constantly checking social media or anything for that matter in a subconscious way. Some things are done on a conscious level on a daily bases and we’re not talking about that. Even some subconscious is good. It’s when it becomes a bad habit.
