Simply put, say a teacher teaches about a subject. (Sometimes a thing is taught in pure explanation of detail to try and achieve the fact of what is taught. Wisdom is then needed to apply; ideally wisdom from God) 1. The detail is the facts about the subject 2. whereas they may add other words that have nothing to do with that subject at all. 3. The student then has to extract the facts from opinions or other words spoken. That is why wisdom is necessary. Ultimate wisdom comes from God.
