Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

He also teaches us to turn from the evil ways and to pursue peace (See 1 Peter 3:11). God says that HE will give peace when HIS pursuing followers seek HIM and shun evil (See Psalm 85:8)
