Isaiah 47:8-9 KJV [8] Therefore hear now this, thou that art given to pleasures, that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children: [9] But these two things shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, and for the great abundance of thine enchantments. sense? When things don’t make sense that is due to overwhelming (lack of organization) information that is de-organized , but organized knowledge is the road to sense.

When a plan is designed to do a specific job and an allowance is made to make that plan than a proper assessment is made to better calculate the expense. For example, you designate a certain time or money to do a project and do a ratio to the rest of the expenses so that a misunderstanding in finances doesn’t occur. This pertains to anything to store and not just finances as an example, what is eaten on a daily basis and so on.
