There is no reason what so ever to wallow in confusion and sadness. Jesus paid the price already! See the examples that the Proverbs has to see how to have wisdom as God gives. I understand that there are time when feelings just creep up. The key is to not just give in to how emotions are trying to gear but head to wisdom.
