  • Do the dynamics have you or do you have the dynamics?

    Forwardness vs Reverse The world is dynamic and things are different on a daily bases. What keeps some stuck on a daily bases is a form of overwhelming checking such as constantly checking social media or anything for that matter in a subconscious way. This automatic checking in a subconscious rather than a conscious can be treated by first acknowledging that is what is the issue. Some things are done on a conscious level on a daily bases and we’re not talking about that. Even some subconscious is good. It’s when it becomes a bad habit.
