Forwardness vs Reverse The world is dynamic and things are different on a daily bases. What keeps some stuck on a daily bases is a form of overwhelming checking such as constantly checking social media or anything for that matter in a subconscious way. This automatic checking in a subconscious rather than a conscious can be treated by first acknowledging that is what is the issue. Some things are done on a conscious level on a daily bases and we’re not talking about that. Even some subconscious is good. It’s when it becomes a bad habit. A bad habit can be identified if something becomes counterproductive or ill willed. Proper willingness is the willingness to do the right thing that is correct rather than ill will the reverse.
