What matters is not religion but receiving Christ as Savior and knowing He died on the cross and rose again to save the world from perishing. The world has darkness but Jesus is the light of the world and so are His children. Jesus says that (us) the children of God are a light in this dark world. We should NOT (don't) conform to this world but rather transformed by renewing our minds. In other words, flushing out the junk in our minds, and replacing them with God's promises. If you are a christian it's your choice to either follow God or if you don't and go your own way that leads to distruction. Taking up your cross and follow Jesus which means to drop a few disructive things in your life like sin. In this life there are negative things that happen as it is a fractured world. There are so many negative people and people that are not nice. On the other hand there are sweet people and people who love God. The key is to tune out the negitive and focous on our Lord Jesus and be positive! Yes, there is a lot good about life and alot to be happy about. It's the little things in life like watching a sun rise or sun set. Remember God finnished it all on the cross! God bless! - G.S
