One finds their calling in life when they stop and put their flesh’s immediate desires aside and follow what the burning calling (God given desire and calling) on the inside as what happened with Moses. (that is what Matthew 16:24 means and Exodus 3:4) Then God acts with a response and open door when He sees that one is seeking really Him; thus a successful life according to what Jesus wants and thus that one would live a real happy and successful life because Jesus is the author of everything good.
