A “stock” of anything for that manner is anything that is a unit that gains from any producing thing. For example, one grain added to another grain compounds the amount of grain added to the stock pile from a plantation that produces grain (using a grain plantation as an example of a producing stock). This is an example of what it means to hold stock. The key is choosing the right stock method, and making sure when it (the stock pile is being used up)

Many mean well, but they are stuck, because they are holding on to the worldly ways of things and worldly customs that is why they are stuck!
