The internet, libraries, and masses are filled with life altering advice when acted upon. Most of such to make money with no intention of really helping. The facts are facts, and the Word that comes from Yeshua is sure. Steady with calmness, and genuine peace is the byproduct of real Christ advice. Know where to get information and what information is solid or not. The bottom line is the solid foundation that a thing is built on.
